Return with Pearlure: Your 10-Day Style Reboot

Got a return? No worries! Just send the item back in its original packaging with the invoice. We don't do exchanges, but we've got your back with returns. If anything's missing or damaged, let us know within 24 hours of delivery through your account, with all the details and pics, or just give us a call/email at support@pearlure.in or 8369448365.

You have a cool 10 days from delivery to return your item, as long as it’s unused and in original condition with all tags. Pack it up securely to avoid any transit drama. Remember, returns only work if everything meets our guidelines.

If your order came with a freebie, both the original item and the gift must be returned in their pristine, tagged condition. Returns due to neglect or misuse won’t fly, and promo offers might have their own rules.

We’ll evaluate all returns before processing. It usually takes 7-14 working days to get your package back. For prepaid orders, expect a refund within 15 business days. For Cash on Delivery returns, it might take 15-20 business days.
