Your signature on delivery seals the deal. If someone else signs, it's still considered delivered. Make sure your address is correct when ordering—we're not responsible for wrong addresses.

Once delivered, we can't cover damages. If your package looks tampered with, refuse it and email us at support@pearlure.in with your order number. We'll sort a replacement ASAP.
